What is 3E Tech?
3E Tech is a French company (SAS, Paris 11th) that makes software for restaurants: OuiTAP for the website, ordering and bookings, MyCaisse for the POS, OuiLOTO for the digital prize wheel.
What are the 3E Tech products?
OuiTAP for the website, ordering and bookings; MyCaisse for the POS; OuiLOTO for the digital prize wheel; and Onboarding & services for setup. A single dashboard manages your website, your orders, your bookings and your wheel.
Where is 3E Tech based?
At 63 boulevard Voltaire, 75011 Paris.
Which restaurants is it for?
Asian restaurants and buffets, quick service, pizzerias, traditional restaurants and brasseries, bakeries and pastry shops, cafés and bubble tea shops, and groups of several venues: in France.
The products
Do I have to take all the products?
No. Each product can be taken on its own; you add the others when you decide.
Is everything managed in one place?
Yes for the website, orders, bookings and the OuiLOTO wheel: one dashboard, from your phone.
Where can I see the details of each product?
OuiTAP on www.ouitap.fr, OuiLOTO on ouiloto.fr, MyCaisse and Onboarding & services on this website.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
It depends on the modules and on your restaurant’s setup: you pay for what you use, monthly or yearly, and you receive a written quote. OuiTAP prices are published at www.ouitap.fr/tarifs.
Why is there no price list on this website?
Because the price depends on the modules and hardware you choose: a written quote gives you the exact figure. OuiTAP prices, however, are published at www.ouitap.fr/tarifs.
Monthly or yearly?
Both are possible.
Is hardware included?
No: the printer, the WiFi network and the table supports are offered separately, by quote, if you need them.
What is left for me to pay outside the quote?
Your domain name, and your payment provider’s fees if you take payments online.
Getting set up
Do you speak Chinese?
Yes: we answer in French or Chinese, and the dashboard is available in Chinese.
How does setup work?
Installation on site or remotely, and training with your team. Send us your menu: we can enter it for you, by quote.
Are there tutorials?
Yes: video tutorials in French and Chinese, at tuto.ouitap.fr and tuto.ouiloto.fr.
Your data
Do my customers and their orders belong to me?
Yes. Your customers order on your website; their orders and contact details stay in your account.
Where is my customers’ data hosted?
OuiTAP data is hosted in the European Union. It is neither sold nor passed on to any commercial partner.
Does my domain name belong to me?
Yes. The domain name is yours: you keep it, or you pass it on with the business if you sell. 3E Tech does not hold it.
