MyCaisse: the POS that speaks your kitchen’s language.

MyCaisse is the 3E Tech POS for restaurants: an Android app, linked to OuiTAP, that takes payments for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, and sends each station its own ticket, Chinese dish names included. The menu, prices and VAT are managed in the back office and pushed to the POS.

MyCaisse

What it fixes.

  • A kitchen hunting for its line

Each station gets its own ticket, with the station name in large print and the customer’s note in a box.

  • Chinese that prints as question marks

Dish names print in Chinese, even on a printer that has no Chinese font.

  • The connection that drops on a Saturday night

The POS keeps taking orders, sending them to the kitchen and taking payments; only syncing waits for the network to come back.

In detail

What it does.

  • Dine-in, takeaway, delivery

A table and its number of covers, or an order for takeaway or delivery. Each dish’s options with their extras, a note on each line, and ordering by product code to go faster.

    • Moving to another table, or joining two tables
    • Discounts per line, a meal on the house
  • One ticket per station

Each station gets its own ticket: the station name in large print, the kitchen names, the customer’s note in a box, and never any prices. One printer can also print a summary of everything.

    • Network, USB or Bluetooth printers
    • Dish names in Chinese, with no Chinese font in the printer

  • Taking payment

Mixed, partial or split payment, meal vouchers capped with a clear message, change given in cash. The cash drawer and the customer display, if you have them.

    • Takings by payment method and by VAT rate

  • Your team and access rights

Three access levels — staff, manager, administrator — a code for each person, revenue hidden behind the owner’s code, and automatic locking.

  • The menu in the back office

The menu, prices, VAT and photos are managed in the back office and pushed to the POS. App updates install on screen, with no data lost.

What it does not do

  • MyCaisse does not take card payments itself: the card terminal remains a separate device.
  • It runs on an Android POS tablet, not on just any tablet: we choose the hardware with you.

In the 3E Tech ecosystem

One product, connected to the others.

MyCaisse shares the OuiTAP account: the menu and prices managed in the back office are pushed to the POS. Onboarding & services sets up the POS and the printer with you.
