Quick service

Quick service: the order arrives before the customer.

For quick service — snack bars, kebab shops, burger joints, food trucks — 3E Tech puts online ordering on your own website: customers choose their pick-up time, and the ticket prints in the kitchen exactly as they confirmed it.

Quick service

What gets in the way, and what changes.

  • The lunchtime queue at the counter

Everyone arrives at the same time and waits in the same place.

Customers order on your website before they come, on the pick-up slots you open — or “as soon as possible”, if you turn it on.

  • The order taken down wrong

On the phone or at the counter: a forgotten sauce, a misheard extra.

The ticket prints exactly what the customer confirmed, options and note included.

  • A rush you can no longer keep up with

Online orders keep coming in while the kitchen is already full.

You pause orders channel by channel: takeaway, delivery, dine-in or bookings.

  • Tickets to sort out

Grill, fryer, drinks: everyone needs to know what to start.

One ticket per station, with the short names your team uses.

Your day, with the tools.

  1. Before opening

You open the pick-up slots the kitchen can keep up with, and remove what has run out.

  2. At lunch

Orders arrive with their pick-up time; the ticket prints at the right station.

  3. In the evening

If the kitchen is swamped, you pause online ordering, then open it again.

  4. After closing

You see what sold best, at lunch and at dinner.

What it does not do

  • No self-order kiosk: your customers order from their phone, on your website or by QR code.
  • Meal vouchers cannot be used to pay online; they are still accepted at the counter, as they are today.
  • You need an Internet connection on site for tickets to print.
