What it does.

Takeaway and delivery

Your customers order on your website and choose their pick-up time, or have it delivered within the area and at the hours you set. They pay by card online, or on pick-up if you offer it.

At the table, by QR code

One QR code per table: guests open the menu on their phone, with no app, and order from their seat. The ticket goes to the kitchen with the right table number.

Your menu, prices, opening hours, orders and bookings: you manage them from your phone, in French or Chinese. One account switches from one restaurant to another.

What it does not do

  • OuiTAP does not provide delivery riders: deliveries are made by your own team.
  • Meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) cannot be used to pay online.
  • Bookings require neither a deposit nor a card guarantee: they fill your time slots, they do not solve no-shows.
  • The website is displayed in five languages — French, English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic — but the texts you write yourself stay in the language you write them in.
  • Left for you to cover: your domain name, a printer if you do not have one, and your payment provider’s fees if you take payments online.

Frequently asked questions.

Is OuiTAP a delivery platform?

No. Customers order on the restaurant’s own website, under its domain name; deliveries are made by the restaurant, and OuiTAP does not provide riders.

Do orders print by themselves?

Yes: every confirmed order prints as a ticket, one per station, with the names your kitchen reads.

Does the customer have to download an app?

No: they order from their phone’s browser, on your website or by scanning the QR code on their table.

Can customers pay online?

Yes, by card. For takeaway, you can also let them pay on pick-up.

How much does OuiTAP cost?

You pay for the modules you use, monthly or yearly. The OuiTAP price list is published at www.ouitap.fr/tarifs.
